If there’s one thing I absolutely loathe it’s self descriptions. You won’t read them either, so here’s an easy to consume list of things you or google’s bots would love to see:
- I write, ergo I’m an author.
Since I hate labeling things, I’m already struggling with an existential crisis by this point. I’ll stop, go on a hike, and hope that I’ll be a worthy lunch for the wildlife.
Alright alright, here’s a ‘proper one’:
Logen Keri has been creating stories ever since he realized that writing prompts at school can be a lot more gruesome and weird than originally intended. PG friendly comics turned into adult themed anecdotes, holiday diaries became alliterative verses, a walk in the park ended up as a kidnapping case, etc. He went out of his way to make sure his homework was amusing enough to warrant time being spent on it.
However, all this was just for fun as he never actually intended on becoming a writer. There were just too many rules he didn’t like. But a chance meeting with a very supportive teacher and his introduction to ‘rule breaking’ authors gave him the needed push to pursue an interest in writing. Ever since then, he has been coming up with characters and stories that piqued his interest, hoping to also entertaining those around him.
